Outline of Research at the Start

外国語の学習を「スキル」の習得として捉える「スキル習得理論」では、繰り返し学習(練習)を通じて、外国語の知識が3つのステージを辿ることが提唱されている。しかしながら、スキル習得理論の枠組みを外国語学習の文脈で直接的に検証した研究は未だに存在しない。これは、既存研究における外国語学習を観察・記述する方法が行動論的手法に留まっていることに起因する。本研究では、外国語学習の過程を既存の行動論的手法、そして脳イメージング(fMRI)を用いて多角的に明らかにすることを目標とする。
