| Outline of Research at the Start |
The online multimedia database will consist of 25 video interviews of Japanese nationals residing in five countries (Canada, India, New Zealand, The Philippines, The United Kingdom). The investigators will conduct on-location interviews with Japanese who have immigrated to the above countries, and who are engaged in various sectors of their host country’s economies (education, manufacturing, service, health care, agriculture, etc.). Interviewees will be contacted and interviewed with assistance from local Japanese Cultural Associations.
