Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、日本中近世移行期の西国大名である毛利輝元(1553～1625)の発給文書を収集・編年化した目録を作成したうえで、この目録を先行研究で提示されている東国大名の発給文書目録と比較して、当該期大名発給文書の古文書学的な特徴を究明した。そこでまず、①毛利輝元発給文書を収集と編年化したうえで目録を作成する。併せて②収集した文書のうち未活字史料を公表する。そして当該期における東国大名の発給文書などと比較することで、③当該期大名発給文書の古文書学的な特徴に言及したい。
