Outline of Research at the Start	イスラム法の学説と社会の現実の緊張関係が今なお顕著にみられる法領域として、家族をめぐる問題をあつかう身分法と信託財産（ワクフ）をあつかうワクフ関連法制が挙げられる。本研究は、16世紀以降のエジプトを対象に、イスラム法に基礎づけられた身分法関連規定がどのように形成されたのかを、ワクフ関連法制とのかかわりを視野に入れつつ検討する。
