Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、流動性の強い日本中世訴訟手続の中で、例外的に強い定形性・規範性を帯びたとみられる「訴論」という手続（史料用語）に着目する。史料用語論および文書機能論の方法を用いて、訴えが「訴論」手続に移行する質的・段階的基準と、「訴論」において要求される手続的規範の具体的内容とを明らかにし、それによって日本中世の訴え処理プロセスの規範的特質を照射したい。
