Outline of Research at the Start

行政法の研究対象である法律は数多く存在するため、研究者ですらその全容の把握は困難である。本研究では従来の研究方法では見過ごされる可能性のある法律も含めた、より広い視野で行政法を研究するための方法を検討し提案することを目標とする。そのために、ドイツ行政法の理論の研究と、さらにドイツ行政法の考え方をもとにした申請者の方法で、日本の文化財保護法の行政法学上の位置づけについて検討する。
