Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、市民社会組織（CSO）、とりわけメンバーシップ型結社の発展と人々の参加の促進条件について、法制度を中心とする制度環境に焦点をあてて分析する。日本のNPO法を含む市民社会組織法（CSO法）を中心に制度環境に関する類型論と指標・データを構築したうえで、それが各国の市民社会の実態とどのように関係しているかを、計量分析などにより明らかにする。
