Outline of Research at the Start

近年の社会保障政策では、雇用の不安定化の進行に伴い、社会的投資という概念に注目が集まっている。この社会的投資は、職業訓練を通じた職業技能の習得や、保育・介護・生活困窮者支援による就業環境の改善によって、個人の就業能力を高め、失業や貧困などに陥るのを防ぐことに主眼を置いている。しかし、社会的投資やその効果に関する研究の対象は、民主主義国家であることが多い。そこで本研究では、典型的な権威主義国家であるエジプトにおいて、どのような社会的投資政策が展開されており、それは民主主義国家で実施されているものと、どのような点で異なるのかを明らかにする。
