Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、地域労働市場に対して政府が与える影響を明らかにするため、①地方公務員の賃金が地域の民間従業員の賃金などに与える影響と②学童保育の拡充が女性の就業率上昇に与える影響のそれぞれに着目した実証分析を行う。これらの分析を通じて、地域の労働市場、特に地方部での地域労働市場において賃金の伸び悩みや女性の就業のミスマッチなどに直面する日本社会で、政府がどう対応すべきか指針を示すことを目指す。
