Outline of Research at the Start

労働市場における地位の不安定性は家族形成にもマイナスの影響を及ぼすと考えられる。しかし、一口に非正規雇用と言っても、日本には様々な非正規雇用の形態があるにもかかわらず、これまで各非正規雇用の間で家族形成にどのような違いがあるかについては検討されていない。
本研究は、不安定雇用が家族形成に対してどのような影響を与えるか、各非正規雇用形態の多様性に着目した研究を行う。例えばパートタイム雇用と嘱託社員では、結婚や出産などの家族形成において抱える脆弱性が異なると考えられる。各非正規雇用のどのような特徴が家族形成を阻害しているのかを明らかにし、有効な政策的支援を探りたい。
