Outline of Research at the Start

従来のESG投資に関する研究では経営資源を社会課題に振り分けることが株主の利益に合致するか否かというのが学問的な関心の一つであったが、本研究では株主以外のステークホルダーの間で利害の対立を生むような社会課題への取り組みに対して、企業と投資家がどう向き合うかに注目する。そのうえで、ステークホルダー毎に多面的なインパクトをもたらす社会課題に対して企業はどのように対処するかを明らかにし、社会課題への取り組みや情報の開示の在り方について提言をすることが研究の目的である。開示情報の文章特性や、CSR活動への投資家の反応などからステークホルダー間の利害対立とその調整が企業価値に与える影響を検証する。
