Outline of Research at the Start

In a highly competitive business environment, employee voice is critical to organizational success. Existing employee voice studies overlook female employees, limiting insight into their behavior. With more women in the workforce, especially in leadership positions, understanding their unique perspectives is critical to organizational competitiveness. This research aims to explore the voice of female employees by examining their psychological characteristics to fill research gaps and support the creation of inclusive work environments that increase overall competitiveness.
