Outline of Research at the Start

昨今、企業が海外進出を加速させるにつれ、環境汚染や人権問題、政治的対立といったデリケートな社会課題に直面する機会が増えている。海外での企業活動が国内外で議論を引き起こすようなケースも見られ、消費者や投資家等からの信頼を失う事態に発展しかねない。そこで企業は自らの海外展開の正当性に注意を払う必要が出ている。国際ビジネス研究の領域では、このような議論を引き起こすような海外展開について注目されているものの、その正当化についてはまだ十分な理論構築が行われていない。この点に貢献すべく、本研究では多国籍企業による議論を引き起こすような海外展開について、その正当化に着目した分析を行っていく。
