Outline of Research at the Start

父親の仕事と子育ての両立を促進する職場要因として、上司や同僚による両立支援行動に注目が集まっている。しかし、上司や同僚による両立支援行動と父親の子育ての関係はこれまで十分明らかになっていない。そこで、本研究では、職場における上司や同僚による両立支援行動と父親の子育ての関係について、複数時点の調査による縦断的な量的研究とインタビュー調査による質的研究を用いながら検証する。
