Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，トップ・マネジメント・チーム(TMT)内の多様性が企業の近視眼的経営に与える影響を実証的に検討する．
企業経営の意思決定において，短期的利益と長期的利益のバランスを取る必要がある．このバランスに影響を与える時間志向性(短期・長期志向性)について，個人レベル・組織レベル・マクロ環境レベルの先行要因が検討されてきたものの，グループ水準の先行要因について知見が十分に蓄積されているとは言い難い現状がある．
それゆえに，本研究では，グループ水準の時間志向性としてTMTに注目し，TMT内の属性が多様であることによって，短期利益利と長期利益のどちらが重視されるようになるのか実証的に検討する．
