Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、日本の製造業の持続的な成長に不可欠な、効果的な企業の多角化・新規事業開拓戦略のための、研究開発戦略および技術知識の探索と活用のあり方を、特許情報をベースとした企業の技術知識の量的分析から探る。具体的には、①多角化後に研究開発を促進および技術力を蓄積・活用するための施策、②自前主義的な研究開発とオープン・イノベーション的開発との適切なバランス、そして③収益化や業績向上につながる多角化に資する研究開発上の条件の3つを、産業全体の研究開発競争の状況や産業内の技術および市場の成熟度を踏まえて動態的に分析して明らかにする。
