Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、他出後も出身地域との関係性を保持したり出身地域へのUターンを画策したりする条件不利地域出身者の人生行路（ライフコース）および他出後の帰郷意識について、出身地域との関係性の変化もふまえながら明らかにする。青森県西津軽地方と秋田県北部（能代山本地域）を主たる調査対象地とし、当該地域の行政担当者および（Uターン者や地方移住者を含む）在住者への聞き取り調査と、他出者への生活史調査から、他出者のUターンや出身地域との関係性の実態について解明する。
