Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、ベトナム人結婚移民を中心に、いかに職業選択を行いながら、「ホーム」構築（Home-making）をするのかを、生活史調査から明らかにする。結婚移民は、家族の中の唯一の移民として不可視化され、家族形成や再生産労働に着目される傾向が強く、生産的な労働については必ずしも明らかにされてこなかった。すでに多様な移民が市民として暮らす日本社会において、結婚移民の定住と社会的包摂を職業生活からとらえることで、国際移動論や移民研究に新たな視座をもたらすことが期待できる。
