Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、官民・市民の共創による地域モビリティの確保策を主題とし、その実践的・政策的課題を継続的なフィールドワークに基づいて分析し、具体的な方策を明らかにすることを目的としている。地域モビリティをめぐる課題として、自家用車の代替手段の確保が課題となっている一方で、地域公共交通の維持や存続が危機的状況に陥っている。また政策的にも「共創型交通への転換」がミッションとされているが、実際には事例の蓄積途上にある。そこで本研究では、複数地域でのケーススタディを通じて、官民・市民の共創の具体像を提示しながら理論構築を試み、地域モビリティの確保策の導出をふまえて、実践的・政策的な提言を行うことを目指す。
