Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，大規模パネルデータを用い，賃金ペナルティの回復メカニズムを明らかにすること，賃金/well-beingペナルティ間の関連を明らかにすること，の2点を目的とする．分析には，東京大学社会科学研究所の「東大社研パネル調査（16年間分）」と，厚生労働省の「21世紀成年者縦断調査（2002・2012年サンプルの計14年間分）」の調査票情報を用いる．「ペナルティの発生を食い止める方法」ではなく「生じたペナルティを回復させる方法」に着眼すること，well-beingとの関連を射程とすることを通じ，従来の母親ペナルティ研究を発展させるものである．
