Outline of Research at the Start

高齢者に対する「通いの場」はフレイル予防や介護予防を目的とした重要な集いの場である．近年，新たな通いの場として「オンライン型通いの場」による介護予防事業が全国的に広まりつつあるが，オンライン型通いの場の有用性については十分に検証されていない．本研究の目的は，オンライン型通いの場および対面型通いの場を比較検証し、オンライン型通いの場の有用性を明らかにすることである．オンライン通いの場の有用性が解明できれば，オンライン通いの場の普及はさらに拡大し，健康寿命の延伸，介護予防に関する人材不足の解消，社会保障費の抑制に寄与できると考えられる．
