Outline of Research at the Start	私たちが生活する地域社会には様々な差別や排除が存在し、すべての人が主体的に生き方を選択・決定できる状況とは言い難い。そこで本研究では、地域社会からの差別・排除に直面しやすい刑務所出所者に対する取組を対象に、誰もが尊厳のある個人として認められ、主体者として選択・決定できるような地域社会を構築していくためにはどのようなソーシャルワークが必要なのかを考察する。そのために、基礎自治体である市区町村に対し、刑務所出所者への支援実態に関する質問紙調査を行い、地域共生に向けた支援の実態と課題を明らかにする。さらに先進事例調査において、地域における当事者主体のソーシャルワーク実践のあり方を考察する。
