Outline of Research at the Start

2020年度若手研究において、申請者は、モデル汚れを用い、布に付着したタンパク質を高い感度で簡便に直接定量でき、高い汎用性のある『BCA法を利用した布上タンパク質の直接定量法』を開発した。本定量法の実際的、研究的な実用性を向上させるため、実際の皮脂汚れに含まれる複合成分を用いた検討、ならびに洗浄研究で適用する上で考えられる影響要因の検討、タンパク質人工汚染布およびカラースケールを用いた定量評価の簡易化を目指した検討を行う。
