Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、山梨県の園に通う3歳から6歳の児の肥満を中心とした健康課題に影響を与える因子、例えば早食いや間食の頻度など、潜在的に修正可能な食行動を特定する。同様に、児の肥満以外の便秘・う歯・痩身・アレルギー疾患などの健康課題と朝食欠食・咀嚼などの食行動との関連について横断的および縦断的に解析し、特定の食行動の修正によって幼児期およびその後のライフステージにおける様々な健康課題を改善しうる方策を新たに提案する。
