Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、大学入試の受験機会に関する制度について、比較的短期間で改革が行われた「受験機会の一本化」「連続方式」と、現在まで長期間実施されている「分離・分割方式」という各制度の形成・決定過程の比較事例分析を、制度の改革や安定性の要因を分析する政治学の理論枠組みに基づき行う。これにより、従来の大学入試研究が着目してきた分離・分割方式という制度の内容に関する長所・利便性だけでなく、「形成・決定過程」に焦点を当て、そのプロセスにおけるいかなる要因が同制度の安定性に影響していたかを実証的・体系的に解明する。
