Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、ドイツにおける授業研究を用いた教師教育の実相とその役割を明らかにすることである。ここでの実相とは、授業研究で用いられる授業記録や種々のデータの実際と授業をめぐって行われる議論の様相を指し、役割とは、教師教育の中で授業研究に期待されている成果と授業研究によって獲得されるスキルや能力を指す。本研究では、授業研究の教育研究としてのあり方を強調するドイツにおいて、授業研究を用いた教師教育がどのように展開されているのか、そしてそれによって教師や教職志望の学生にどのような能力が獲得されているのかを、ドイツの教師教育の現場への参与観察によって明らかにする。
