Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、日本とスウェーデンにおける社会教育学を理論的基盤とする専門職の比較検討を通じ類似点・相違点を明らかにすることで、両国における社会教育専門職の特徴と課題を析出することである。この目的を達成するために、日本とスウェーデンにおける社会教育専門職に対するインタビュー調査・観察調査データ、養成課程のカリキュラム、実践を支える理論的基盤の比較分析を行う。
