Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、学校教員の「研修」の語源が「研究」と「修養」から成り立つという歴史的経緯に着目する。「学び続ける教員」の標語のもと研修を受けさせられる・やらされるという感覚をもつことなく、学校教員一人ひとりが自ら自律的に研修を計画し実践することを実現する場としての「校内研修」を行うための方法論を理論的に検討するとともに、その具体的方法とシステムを開発的に研究するものである。採用する方法論はセルフスタディとアクションリサーチである。本研究では研究協力者を支援することで開発的研究をするだけでなく、本研究者も自らの実践を対象にセルフスタディをすることで大学教員としての成長も目指す。
