Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、「途上国型ディセントワーク」の新概念を構築し、その実現における職業教育の決定的な役割を探求する。先進国指向の既存のディセントワーク指標では捉えきれない、インフォーマル・セクターが広範に存在する途上国の実情に職業教育が如何に途上国型ディセントワークへの接続を促進するかについての総合的なトランジション分析を行うことを目的とする。また、持続可能な経済成長を支える未だ研究が手薄な雇用の質に関する調査も遂行することより、それらを組み合わせて途上国の労働市場に対する洞察に基づいた政策策定、職業教育の適切な実施と位置づけ、そしてディセントワークの確立に向けた価値ある知見を創出する。
