Outline of Research at the Start	小児期の栄養状態は生涯にわたり影響を与えることから「幼少期からの食育」が極めて重要だが，小中学校でビタミンD栄養に関する食育教材は使用されていない。そこで本研究では，小学生の血清ビタミンD濃度とビタミンD摂取量の同時評価を行い，こどものビタミンD栄養状態における個人・家庭・地域要因の影響を詳細に検討することで，ビタミンD栄養に関する食育教材開発のための基礎的データを創出することを目的とする。これにより，幼少期からの効果的な食育教材の開発に繋げ，こどものビタミンD栄養に関するリテラシーを高めることで世代を超えたビタミンD欠乏の予防に貢献することを目指す。
