Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，保育者の協働的な子ども理解の深化および保育実践の向上につながるカンファレンスモデルの構築を目指し，①子どもや保育理解の深化を促進するファシリテーションの「問い」を収集し，その上で，②保育カンファレンスにおける「問い」の内容および機能を明らかにする。そして，③子ども理解を深める問いに基づく保育カンファレンスガイドラインを作成し，活用実践を通してその妥当性と有効性を検証する。
