Outline of Research at the Start

2024(令和6)年度は，家庭や保育施設が抱えている食事提供に関する困りごとに関する質問紙調査を実施する。複数の保育施設ならびに全国の保護者を対象とする。
2025(令和7)年度は，調査1で検証された結果を踏まえ，異なる地域に位置する保育施設において給食の調理形態，テクスチャー評価を実施し，改善策を見出す。
2026(令和8)年度は，調査1，2の研究結果を整理して，教育媒体を製作し，その有効性，妥当性を検証する。
2027(令和9)年度は，調査1，2，3の研究結果を整理して，国内外の学会および学術雑誌に成果を報告する。また，万が一，調査が計画どおりに行われなかった場合は追加調査を行う。
