Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では父親の1日の生活時間の分析を通して、育児参加を積極的に行う父親が持つ特徴を地域別に明らかにすることであり、得られた結果をもとに、地域ニーズに即した効果的な短時間勤務可能な育児参加政策の提示することである。まず共働きの子育て世帯の居住動向についてGISを用いて分析し、地域ごとの特徴を把握する。次に父親の育児と仕事の両立要因を調査し、保育所送迎の変化や地域差が生じる要因についてパーソントリップ調査データを用いた時空間分析やアンケート調査を行い検証する。
