Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、自身の家庭生活における経験がキャリアに対する考え方だけでなく教科観など多面的に反映されると考えられる家庭科教師を対象に、ワークライフバランスの変化とその影響をどのように受け止めているのかについて事例的記述を行い、キャリア継続意欲や教科観に影響するプロセスを可視化することを目指す。そのうえで、育児・介護等による休業から復帰した教師の支援方策を検討し、効果を検証することを目的とする。
