Outline of Research at the Start

近年、「質の高い教師」の不足が全国的な問題となっている。しかし、教師の数だけでなく質を問題にするのであれば、そもそも「質の高い教師」とはどのような教師なのだろうか。おそらくその答えは単一ではなく、学校や生徒の性質によっても異なってくるはずである。
そこで、本研究ではまず、多様なニーズを持つ生徒を包摂する後期中等教育機関である通信制高校において、教師に求められる資質について検討する。あわせて、サポート校と呼ばれる私的な教育機関との連携に着目し、教師と教育及び支援を担う職員との適切な協働の在り方を検討する。
