Outline of Research at the Start	This study investigates the outcome of English Medium Instruction (EMI) programs in higher education institutions in Japan and Mongolia using Kirkpatrick’s four-level evaluation model. Specifically, this study explores program graduates' experiences from enrollment in the program to their postgraduate life.
