Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、大卒若年層のグローバル志向とその規定要因の〈日本的特質〉について、日本と韓国の比較から類似点と相違点の明確化を通じて明らかにすることを目的とする。そのために、①若年層のグローバル志向を計量するための汎用的な尺度の開発、②日韓の大卒若年層を対象としたオンライン全国調査の実施、③計量的手法を用いたグローバル志向の規定要因の分析を行う。分析にあたっては、東アジアの先進国を起点とした国際移動を説明するために、新たな「垂直／平行移動」モデルを検討する。
