Outline of Research at the Start

言語聴覚士教育における専門職としての自己効力感については、横断的研究にて臨床実習や実習前客観的臨床試験の効果が報告されているものの、自己効力感が育まれる過程は明確にされていない。そのため、言語聴覚士教育における専門職としての自己効力感を向上させるツールやプログラムはないのが現状である。専門職の離職願望との相関もみられ、行動変容を促すプログラムを開発することで離職の予防にも繋がると考えられる。よって、本研究では開発された尺度を用いて縦断的調査を行い、所属施設別に評価することで言語聴覚士教育における専門職としての自己効力感を向上させるための具体的な手立てを得ることができる可能性がある。
