Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、肢体不自由者が教育から就労に移行し、継続して安定した社会生活を送るために、ライフステージにおいてどのような能力や支援が必要となるのかを明らかにすることを目的とする。その結果を踏まえ、肢体不自由者のキャリア教育・職業教育で取り扱うべき内容を検討する。前研究と本研究の成果から、肢体不自由者の社会生活の状況を取りまとめたロールモデル集を作成し、その内容を研究協力機関や教育委員会、学校等に幅広く公表することで、今後のキャリア教育・職業教育の授業内容や実施方法の一助になるのではないかと考える。
