Outline of Research at the Start	場面緘黙児は周囲に迷惑をかけることが少ないため支援が必要だと認識されておらず、支援方法も確立されていない。しかし場面緘黙児は話せないだけでなく、不安やコミュニケーション、排泄や運動など多岐にわたる問題を抱えており、そのため不登校になる可能性が非常に高い。また場面緘黙児には抱える問題の内容が異なるサブタイプが存在するため、各タイプの特徴を明らかにした上で、個別のニーズに合った支援方法を確立する必要がある。本研究では、日本の場面緘黙児の抱える多様な問題を包括的に分析し、問題の内容を基に客観的な類型化を行う。そして各タイプにおける不登校状況の変化とその変化に影響を及ぼす環境要因を縦断的に調査する。
