Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は，学校における救急処置場面に特化した客観的臨床能力試験（Objective Structured Clinical Examination; OSCE）を開発し，効果を検証することである．
研究1は，救急処置場面におけるOSCE評価指標とサンプル課題を作成し，1校でパイロットスタディを実施する．研究2は，複数の養護教諭養成機関でOSCEを行い，妥当性を検証する．
本研究で，採用当初から実践できる能力が求められる救急処置場面を取り上げ，OSCEを開発し，効果を検証することで，養護教諭養成教育での普及を促し，子どもの命にかかわる職務を担う養護教諭の質の担保に寄与することが期待できる．
