Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、学校の組織開発(OD)研究を発展させ、経営戦略論との接合を目指す。
今日の学校は、予測困難な(VUCA)時代やSociety5.0など、新しい時代に向けた児童生徒の資質能力を育成し、変化に対応することが求められている。そのために学校には組織開発(OD)が有効であり、経営戦略を含めた戦略的組織開発(SOD)の研究が組織開発(OD)論では進められる一方で、わが国の学校分野では未着手なテーマである。本研究では特に、ポジティブな組織開発(OD)と、共有価値の創造(CSV)という、組織開発（OD）と経営戦略の分野でそれぞれ最新のアプローチに着目する。
