Outline of Research at the Start

これまでの子供の抑うつ対策は、認知行動療法等の個人への介入が中心であり、その効果は限定的であった。しかし近年、学校の文化的環境に介入する「学校文化改善プログラム」が海外で開発され、その大きな抑うつ予防効果が実証された。一方、日本では学校の文化的環境へのエビデンスに基づく介入実践は皆無である。そこで本研究では、上記プログラムを参考に、日本版「学校文化改善プログラム」を開発し、その抑うつ予防効果の実証を目指す。
