Outline of Research at the Start	青森県内の特定の地方自治体における小中学校を対象として、教育委員会と協同体制の下でメンタルヘルスを把握するためのアンケート調査を3年にわたって実施し、把握されたニーズをもとに支援サービスとのギャップを適正化していく。まず支援チームを立ち上げ、関係者とともに合意形成を図りつつ、メンタルヘルスに関する児童生徒のサービス利用率、予防的支援の実施状況、教員の意識について調査する。次にシステムの効果検証とともに、支援チームが経験した障壁とその対応について評価を行い、必要に応じて計画を修正する。最終的に成果をまとめ、その後のシステムの継続可能性について自治体と協議する。
