Outline of Research at the Start

自閉スペクトラム症の子を持つ保護者は周囲からのスティグマ（偏見）を受けやすい。保護者に対するスティグマは、保護者と子ども両方の健康を障害するだけでなく、保護者の　「支援を受けることに対する抵抗感」を増大させる。
本研究の目的は、ASD児を持つ保護者の「スティグマによるストレス」を軽減する認知行動療法プログラムを開発することである。本研究によって、ASD児と保護者両方のメンタルヘルスが保護されるだけでなく、これまで十分な支援を受けることが出来ていなかったASD児が、適切な支援にアクセスできるようになることが期待される。
