Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は精神疾患や心理療法に関する神経科学の知見を、認知行動療法実施時の心理教育に加えた新たな心理教育教材の作成及びその効用を検証する。このためにまず、関連の書籍やレビューからテキスト教材及び動画教材を作成し、患者と治療者の両方を対象とした実用性検証を行う。その後、患者および臨床心理学の事前知識を持たない者を対象にした従来の心理教育との比較試験により、作成したニューロエデュケーション教材の有効性を評価する。
