Outline of Research at the Start

うつ病の有病率は15歳から19歳まで上昇し続け、19歳にピークに達することがわかっている。このような背景があるものの、うつ病の好発期にあたり、予防を検討する上で重要である高校生年代を対象にした、うつ病の発症を予測する認知的・行動的変数に関する研究は不足している。本研究では、うつ病の発症好発期に当たる15歳から16歳の高校1年生を対象に、1年間の追跡調査を実施し、うつ病の発症もしくはうつ症状の維持・増悪と関連が示されている認知的変数と行動的変数が、うつ病の発症を予測するかを検討する。うつ病の発症と関連する認知的・行動的変数が明らかになれば、効果的な予防法を考案するための知見を得ることができる。
