Outline of Research at the Start

東南アジア諸国の多くの都市では，外水氾濫が発生すると長期間にわたり浸水状態が継続することでモビリティが著しく制限され，アクティビティが大きく変化する．この状況に対して，既存の治水対策では完全に影響を防ぐことは難しいため，これを前提とした交通計画や都市計画での適応策の導入が必要となる．そこで，本研究では，洪水発生時におけるアクティビティに基づく交通需要の推計手法を確立し，モビリティの確保に向けた適応策の導入効果を明らかにする．この結果から，長期間にわたる浸水の影響を考慮し，洪水の発生に対応する交通計画や都市計画上での適応策の導入に向けた方向性を示す．
