Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，人口減少時代の大都市圏の再生を目指し，都市圏単位でのコンパクト化と都市のスポンジ化に着目する．そして隣接する自治体間の共創による，リニア型コンパクトシティの形成と低密度／低未利用地の転用を用いた適散適集の都市構造への転換が重要と考え，本モデルの有効性と可能性を検証する．GIS／ビッグデータによる空間分析とヒアリングを伴う政策的考察から，コンパクトシティ論と縮小都市論において「リニア型のコンパクト化」と「相互連携に伴うスポンジ化の有効活用の可能性」の視点を提示することを目指す．
