Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目標を達成するために、①新築及び民家活用の住宅型有料老人ホームの立地動向や入居に必要な諸費用の詳細を比較し、②活用民家の平面構成を整理し、民家活用施設のコスト面の優位性や活用民家の平面構成由来の改修限界を明らかにする。さらに、③活用民家を農家型・中間型・町家型・その他に分類し典型事例を抽出し、現地調査にて施設の開設経緯、詳細な改修内容及び運用実態を把握し、④民家活用施設の整備を進める上での課題の明確化及び先進事例分析により、⑤今後の民家活用施設の整備に向けた民家選定の方法及び改修手法を含めた計画要件を明らかにする。
